Children under 13 years of age are permitted to utilize our website and participate in any activities that may be available on our website with the exception that such children are not permitted to initiate contact with us via our "Contact Us" form.

However, should a person under the age of 13 initiate a communication with us (such as using our "Contact Us" form to ask us a question about some aspect of Negro League history), and should we know that such person is under the age of 13, we will delete the child's name and email address promptly after responding one time to such request for information.
